I love these kinds of companies that sign multi-year deals in the hundreds of millions of dollars. This kind of contract turns a company from one that is inconsistent and volatile quarter to quarter with regards to earnings, to one that can show consistent growth quarter after quarter, year after year. As new contracts are signed, and existing ones replenished, EBS will look to have been a steal in the single digits.
