Ecolab Inc (NYSE:ECL)

Appears to be extremely over valued.

Company has a record of steady growth (other than the set-back at start of recession), and a business model that can achieve that for some time.

Building out its various platforms and deepening its moat/relationships with clients. The Champions acquisition gives it another foot into an important and growing industry to go along with Nalco. Green thumbs up.

Defensive play (cleaning and sanitizing services to healthcare/food service industry), Technically strong for multiweek swing trade (weekly chart shows MACD divergence, daily displays double bottom pattern with support at 50 day MA) Will likely meet resistance at 200 week moving average (just under 40).
