Strong regional competitive advantage, huge amounts of operating leverage and a rebounding construction/manufacturing sector should help this company grow.

An extremely versatile environmental clean-up stock at and affordable price and a solid dividend.

Lots of potential share price appreciation potential.

Solid profitable stock, in a growth industry with particular highlights from the disaster in Japan

A nice play associated with uranium demand.
Recs
The runnup in the uranium sector has not *at all* been reflected in peripheral uranium plays. The miners are getting lots of love, but the guys who clean up the mess are in the proverbial toilet.
