This stock took a bruising today.
The core fundamentals are still sound with 80% margins on a SaaS platform that is spending heavily on Sales and Marketing. Even if the outlook was below expectations, the good news is that the existing customers are returning and taking the bigger packages to reduce their costs, (not the variable cost packages). Which means that customers are liking the product.

The company has great long term potential, but has soared since its IPO and hasn't show the revenue or margins to justify the higher valuation. The company also is facing larger competition, though it could be a potential buyout candidate for a non-competitor wanted to enter the field. It might be worth adding on weakness for a long term position, but in the short term, it is just too expensive.

This company appears to be the sales force.com for companies looking to maximize sales. They have identified and created a service that all companies want to do, but very few of them no how to do it effectively and efficiently
