Showed up on my small cap, value, buyback screen.. there are many things that I like about the company: it looks like a really cheap way to play the long-term trend of more environmental pressures. However, the things that concern me (and why this is only a CAPS pick.. at least for now) are the dual class structure and their dependence on govt. contracts. Overall, I think this is likely a long-term market-beater

micro-cap, dividend, unsexy business model.... had a bad quarter which they are recovering from.
