IMO,Horrible management, no matter how they are rated by online services. Only looking out for themselves and not shareholders. Look at bonuses this year when equity has been halved. They blame it on delays and other vendors. Get real. IT'S YOUR JOB TO FIX PROBLEMS. EFJ Inc uses Motorola radio parts, so why not go with the source
