Goldman Sachs initiates coverage on Emerge Energy Services LP (NYSE: EMES) with a Buy rating and a price target of $153.00. [Current price = $83.]

(1) EMES has high leverage to the fastest growing segment of oil services – sand sales. (2) Its distributions should increase a solid 85%/20% in 2015/2016. (3) Good visibility of growth with 97% of forecast 2015 sales volume already contracted, with contracted volumes 81% above forecast 2014 sales. (4) It has a simplified MLP structure.

.cermaic and sand same efficiency in fracting with sand significantly cheaper
.eventually hit wall with marginally effective zones not being worth expenditure due to commodity price which will lead t decline in stock value

EMES was the top IPO last year and should easily double in
price in 2 or 3 years due to its control now and the future of sand fracking. No sand=no oil

Could be hot for a while, maybe even a year or two; they are after all in a growing industry. but valuation indicates that it isn't exactly cheap. Unless you think this is the best of them, I would stay away.
