Nice diversification and solid growth prospects. Valuation not totally outrageous. I think the P/E figure quoted here is incorrect.

This is a well managed derversified operation that has interests in medical (and very likely) military application; is very well invested and positioned for further growth as an REIT in the shopping malls, office centers and entertainment complexes in Europe and the mid-east all through an intergrated (horizontal & vertical) system of business affiliates and subsidaries. However, I am concerned that its earnings expectations are ar ahead of it already aggressive efforts towards growth in sales, akin to trying to control your pace while running downhill...

If you want to buy a technology that makes you think of Star Trek you have found it. I have seen it in action and purchased shares after doing my homework and reading a large wall of thank you letters from women after the results. The medical segment makes this company worth while and the only way I sell is if it is spun off. As an MRI field engineer this is my inside pick for the long run. Currently used on fibroids but brain, bone, breast tumors are on the table in the future. Non invasive with no side effects, search WIKI for HIFU. I have seen the Insightec unit and it is amazing.

Great business model in part of world with fantastic growth. Takes cash flow from buildings and invests in assorted ventures for what could be huge returns. Downside -- low volume and impossible to understand corporate structure and earnings reports. Some of their properties were bought many years ago and the books do not reflect their true value.
