Non U.S revenues will continue to grow. And the FDA appeal process will retify the somewhat committe bias decision. They may lose their lead, but the share will bounce, because the drug has merit. Shame that lives are not as important as favouritism. Self regulated bodies are always a crock. Perhaps...More

Rival biopharmaceutical company wins approval for it's drug while ENCYSIVE's drug will require more work before the FDA will approve it...This will cause the firm more money and possibly cause it to go bankrupt...
