Time for another drop in price. This is a great company but a lousy investment. It mirrors the S&P but with greater volatility. You'd be better off investing in an index fund than this particular stock.

As a science grad student, I know exactly how much I, every other student in my department, and our faculty depend on their journals. Our department would sooner do without its physical library than give up our online (high pot'l profit margin) journal subscriptions.
Then, you have to consider that almost all funding requests include a piece to pay for publishing - they have a business where both the author and the reader pays.
