Insider sales, badly timed stock buy backs, horrible aquistion record, 300mm and PVA roller market failures after touting in '07 that they would be the growth engines for the company, 300million in cash to 100 million in cash in two years with nothing to show for it, worst employee moral ever seen. One positive is one of the two Frenchmen that have been screwing it up, left.

This stock always seemed to do well when we played the stock market game in school. I am going back to an old favorite.
