The recent management decision to reduce dividend payments and use that capital to reduce debt is actually a positive for future performance.
The natural gas industry as a whole needs sustained prices above $5 per mcf to support the necessary economics for exploration and drilling.
Current legislation and future energy policy clarification may result in up to a 40% pop within the next 18 to 24 months.

Recovering company, much better managed, with natural gas E&P and distribution---well poaitioned in NG for the future.
