This stock is simply undervalued. The company has had several lackluster property aquisition in the past year or so, but the dominate share of it's portfolio is still in the movie theater buisness, which is still doing well. It P/E ratio is about 33% lower that most competitors and almost 50% lower than industry norms. The very enticing dividend should by safe for the next 6-12 months at least.
