A company that buys crippling insures on the cheap. They'll seek out profit in the remaining float and no so much on writing new policy. It has a 1.3 PB, low P/E, but that doesn't mean much given how lump they are. Key to focus on with this company… More

Not buying this niche in insurance at these levels when other financials and big insurers are on fire sale. SELL these and buy other financials
