Reasonable PE, and a good history of keeping it's Book Value going up every year, make up for the apparently widespread belief that the Co.'s earnings will go down slightly the next 12 monhs.

Yield players should have very little fear of the dividend going down. Could it be that their disappointent at it not going UP is responsible for today's nasty drop?

Haifa! No surprise that a defence player from this place would be producing solid earnings. This will be more important as security needs grow.
