Express Scripts, Inc. (ESRX)

CAPS Rating:
****

Provides pharmacy benefit management services, including retail drug card programs, mail pharmacy services, drug formulary management programs and other clinical management programs for HMOs, health insurers, third-party administrators and employers.

Rating a stock in CAPS consists of three components:

Your call - Will this stock outperform or underperform the S&P 500? Successful picks are measured in terms of whether or not you were correct and by how many percentage points.

Your time frame - A guideline for other players to see whether your thinking is short or long-term. Time frame is also used to calculate the stock rating, but is not used in the scoring of your pick.

Your pitch - Here's your chance to offer more detailed thoughts, analysis, concerns, or the rationale behind your call. The pitch is optional and may be added later.

Each time you rate a stock, CAPS updates the community intelligence for the company, which may or may not change its CAPS rating. For more information, visit the Help tab at the top of the page.

So much left to grow with, almost all insurance companies are now offering cheaper PRX if you go through them, they are fast and are a well oiled money machine.

Will be good for years.

Baby Boomers are getting older, and they need their meds. With fuel cost what they are and the limited income of some people this Express Scripts makes good sense. Mail order pharmacy is going to grow, because people don't have to leave their homes, and often time they can get their meds at a fraction of the cost.

They keep raising guidance and outperforming. Lots of generics are coming to market by 2011. Also, if CVS' acquisition of Caremark plays out well, what if RiteAid, Walgreens, or whoever comes calling?
