Value pricing and nice yield = get paid to wait for the economy to turn up.

Another value pick. Company closely tied to overall economy which should eventually improve. I also like their position in energy management and innovations (in home Nat Gas fueling stations, for example). Pay solid and growing dividend while I wait.

Good earnings growth and above average dividend yield. Decreasing debt levels = it is becoming more efficient at what it does.

I think it's better this way. I hope I can benefit regular pay-outs.This company of ours is very needed in terms of transportation and factories, you know.
