I may have lost my mind: this is a risky and quite probable dog of an investment vehicle: NJ municipalities are about to be crushed by a grandstanding governor with presidential pipe dreams, who is pushing basic obligations down to the little judicatories. On the other hand, I am locking in at 9% in an investment environment that has witness serious gains recently, and where worries abound about the middle east stability and energy. Call me contrarian, but I want to watch this "as if" I was long, accounting for the dividend stream and personally figuring "what if" tax avoidance, in a world where taxes are likely to go up.
