I believe France will be behind the renewal of interest in nuclear power. Also as a western European powerhouse of trade and export I think France will ride out the euro-zone uncertainties and be in a dominant position regardless of where the EFSF and the other euro-zone bureaucracies settle -- in the (maybe very) long run.
