THis one is a no brainer. It returns 19% in 3 months. Also the Asian market seems to be the rave and will be for some time.

As China goes, so goes Singapore. Unique position to catch the coattails of China's GDP growth.

Singapore's government actually has a surplus. I like the REIT and financial exposure their index has, along with a nice 4.6% dividend yield. Asia will be a market powerhouse for years to come. wallstreetbean.com

Don't be fooled into thinking that the incredbile growth Singapore has experienced as a country is over. It will continue to be the financial capital of a region still positioned for future growth. Most notabaly from malaysia and indonesia.
Singapore has worlding leading transportation, telecom, and infrastructure systems and its government is very committed to long-term growth.

I never buy anything unless I can fill out on a piece of paper my reasons. I may be wrong, but I would know the answer to that. “I’m paying $32 billion today for the Coca Cola Company because...” If you can’t answer that question, you shouldn’t buy it. If you can answer that question, and you do it a few times, you’ll make a lot of money."
