First American has a great database of title search documents that will allow the company to shine with efficiency after the housing market turns. I admire CEO Kennedy. And, at the moment we have a price to book of 0.88. Property on the books is probably overvalued, but the database is probably undervalued more.

Risks lie in whether Kennedy can smoothly manage the reorganization and the care and feeding of his top tier managers.
