The strong Coastal SC Market and FFCHs strong market position there will pay off quite well as the economy recovers. They have always been a bit careful and protective of the company which is why they are the only significant local player to have survived so many years (75). Coastal SC consistently is rated as one of the top 5 Places to live (Charleston) most recently by Travel & Lesuire this month.

Long term (4+) yars can be concerning as internet banking grows and the national reach continues but South Carolinians are known for keeping it local and being very independent...for good and bad.
