Recent insider buying/selling activity looks like day trading. Categorically, management seems to be buying below $24 and flipping the sale above $24. Petty cash values, but still --- perhaps it avoids suspicion? One director bought at $17 on June 30, and flipped with a sale on July 15 for $24.

Also, dollar values of the transactions in 2008 are very small. I've seen bums make more lucrative investments. These guys are obviously penny-pinching their demoted salaries.

FFKT is a holding company for banks, insurance companies, etc. They have always been pretty conservative but have grown over the past few years--the new aquisitions should start paying off!. They also have the state of Kentucky account, which gives them solid footing in this type of market.
