way overvalued currently, exposure to fannie and freddie preferred stock and growth this year is from increasing indirect auto portfolio. possible takeover target, that will be the only way shareholders get any return

Having owned this bank since before it was public, and selling it after the problem from over expansion became public. I can say I still have confidence in Peter. I think he has learned some lessons and will apply them to see this bank continue to grow. He has done a super job given the market they are in NW New York.
