Refinery demand in U.S., infrastructure spending critical in both U.S. and worldwide, continued high commodity prices, winning gov't contracts it didn't compete on before. Stock trades well below historical multiples.

If the Feds ever get off their a__ and spend some money on infrastructure, FLR will surely benefit. In the meantime this massive construction firm, of the highest quality, can work against their large number of backorders. At 50 it's a buy!
