... why would I want to do dishes?

I trust Muddy Waters and their view on the suspicious accounting activities at this company.

think its a fraud
Recs
This came up in a screen for stocks with the highest gains in the last 4 weeks. With a fair book value of $2.00 this company is greatly overvalued. Intangibles and goodwill make up 27% of assets and shareholders' equity stands at only $1.291 billion as of 1Q12. Should be an easy red-thumb target.

Based on my review of the filings, I fully believe this company is duping investors and the stock will eventually drop.

more china fraud
Recs
Evaluating a screen. Feel free to ignore.

omg! looking back this chinese fraud would have been a magnificent speculative investment. 100% return in 4 months

Focus Media is a fraud. They deliberately overstated their market presence and revenue opportunities. If you cannot trust their accounting (management team), you cannot trust their ability to continue as a going concern because it is impossible to guess at the depth of their deception.

fraud

I have no recollection of adding this stock to my little party.
Recs
Like most Chinese companies, this one too is a fraud.
Recs
Looks like I'm a little late to this party, but I still expect to bag my fair share of CAPS points before this baby goes the way of Sino Forest.
Go Carson Block!!
Fight on, brotha!!

Market growth , sound management
Recs
Once again the growth potential in China will keep this above the market.

Short term there is risk in China stocks in general. Especially, small cap China stocks just being listed as frauds by certain bloggers whoare short the stock. I think that most of these companies are legit, but Americans are quick to run for the doors when people start referring to the stock as a RINO when indeed there is little to no proof of what that are saying is true or false. I like FMCN as it seems it is weathering blog attacks on China stocks rather well. But be careful if you are a short term trader for the short attacks.
