I can't lie. My caps rating is in the crapper and I hate picking these cheesy underperforms. Surprise, surprise, the company is scam. I could really just use and outperform on the S&P and a few points. This is not a good time for small cap stocks.

Take a look at what is involved and look at the management team.

Given the nature of Sat contracts this one has no where to move except higher.

Vaguely-detailed deals with foreign partners nobody's ever heard of, claims to unspecific former military technology "comparable to Internet evolution" and lots of acronyms and technical jargon. Also no photos of actual products or services on the company Web site, just a bunch of stock imagery.

The KrisTM rule, tried and true: Never trust a company that uses stock photos on its Web site.
