Times are tough ... shopping at Fred's is cheap and doesn't make you feel dirty like shopping at WMT does.

PureValue: Discount stores and pharmacies. No-nonsense retailer with a clearly structured balances sheet. Will survive and thrive. Cheap after recent pull back.
