With 17% yield, full double-hull fleet, and rates only going up, FRO continues to produce high dividends and increased margins. Sure the share price fluctuates a little, but the constancy of the dividend when stock is held for the qualifying period makes it too good to pass up. The number of new tanker builds have not dampened the rates nor sent this company's ships to the "unemployed" line. The fleet is young, charter and spot rates positive and increasing.
