Look at the free cash flow growth, along with expanding dividend and share repurchases. Add to that the fact that the recent market panic has this company selling at a 20% discount to its book value, and you've got an old-fashioned cigar butt of a company. The risks are obvious--weakened consumers and rising commodity costs. But you've got a nice little safety net in FRS, and I would feel comfortable adding this to my retirement account.

FRS has bucked the downward trend. It's a well managed company which has always operated in the black and has never missed a dividend payment.

Additionally, during these times of economic hardship, the public is inclined to change it's habits of eating out to favor restaurants with a history of good food at reasonable prices. I fully expect this company to to continue to thrive which will be evident in the performance of its stock. Price pick - $40.00 - easily

Frisch's Restaurants...hmm well I haven't eaten at a Big Boy restaurant, but I have eaten at their Golden Corral style restaurants, and I must say if the stock performance reflects the service of their staff and the quality of their food... this should turn out to be quite a tasty investment.

Frisch's is such has such a small market cap and yet they've managed to declare a dividend for 186 consecutive quarters. This shows me they have some financial strength and stability.

Then Frisch's has all indicators pointing in the right direction, significant inside ownership, low debt, and good profitability marks... particularly for a restaurant company.

I can see this easily being a 5 bagger over the next 7 to 10 years. My price target at current levels is $39-$40 a share.

Forget about McD. Forget about Wendy's. FRS has the best "comfort" hamburgers and fast food generally in US . . . and the best strawberry pie in the world. As my ux always says about me, "It's all about the food"; which is true.
