perfectly positioned to benefit from the conversion to NG ..should easily double in the next 24 months

Have had this on my Watchlist waiting for a significant drop to actually buy some.

Bought just a small amount, but will wait and watch for opportunities to add to my position.

Here is a link to some company news posted on their website, involving the "go ahead" from GM to release the converted vehicles for sale. They call it a Ship to Commerce (STC) decision.

This just occured in December, so they will show some delivered in the last quarter, but also note, that GM has also made an agreement for 2013 to add longer wheel base vans to the products they are converting to run on propane and natural gas.

Also note, for what it is worth, that Kevin Douglas is now a 10% beneficial owner of this stock. He may be familiar to some of you who follow WPRT.

In and of itself, that does not guarantee that it is a great investment, but he added to his position over the past 90 days or so, at prices much higher than today's price.

They took some losses in the 3rd quarter on currency fluctuations, but have re-affirmed there 2012 guidance.

I will watch with anticipation how things play out for them going forward, to see if the about 7% shorts were driving it down to get a better buy in price, or if there is something behind their expectation that it is/was overpriced.

They have a good balance sheet, even after "throwing out" the goodwill/intagible assests.

I think this is one well worth looking at, especially if you are an investor in alternative fuel companies.

Seems to receive the highest marks in precision technology for transforming natural gas into locomotion. More likely than Tesla doing anything super awesome.

This is a pure nat gas play and I see this country going strong into NG fuels for vehicles and FSYS is nicely positioned. Others in similar positions are CLNE and WPRT.

They have contracts with big transport UPS etc to convert their fleets from diesel gas to natural gas

fool is down on FSYS. Why is the officer purchasing 9 million dollars of his own companies stock...

All this stock/company needs is a favorable bill in a large country for this stock to outperform, natural gas is a viable alternative for gasoline.

Natural gas makes sense, it is cleaner, more deposits are being found, the price is relatively low compared to oil. The one area where it is not a good substitute for oil is in transportation, and this company bridges that gap.

Excellent P/E and the PEG looks promising as well
