good dividend play trading at a discount. Maybe shareholders are waiting to see how the verizon acquisition plays and dilutes. high debt is a concern that has to be managed after the acquisition. I basically have this stock on watch list to see howe it performs related to the new entity assets

I doubt there's enough revenue in the boondocks to make this compny viable despite Verizon as a parent.

I really expect this to drop when the dividend is cut, but eventually will pull up a little. The dividend is going to keep me interested.
