pleasse wake up world and find the good financial stocks. They are at deep discounts now. Don't buy into FRE, FNM, and all the banks stuffed with garbage, find REITs who will PROFIT FROM THE "SUB-PRIME CRISIS" and can we stop calling it a crisis. Come on people.

Real estate is hated and nearing a bottom... small caps may rebound slower as economy slows but as interest rates are cut, FUR will do well.

Winthrop Realty Trust has got a pretty high rating at MSN right now despite the real estate implosion. The company's financials seem to be in order and its got a nice piece of dividend yield to boot. Eh, call me a risk taker.

This company, as any real estate company is highly leveraged. A small change on the value of the assets of trhe company may lead to huge gains. Probably the insiders know of something, I would say the company has valued it's assets below intrinsec value, once the value is unleashed we're heading North to high gains.
