A hyper-proactive Fed - Jen notes that the current Fed has been more aggressive in the past six months than its predecessors in the six months prior to the onset of the eight U.S. recessions since WWII.
A resilience in the rest of the world - recent data suggest that the world might de-couple from the US, at least temporarily.
Fear of stagflation - if a recession were to be avoided in the U.S., he believes that inflation could "very well become a genuine threat.
