Gold mining stocks look severely overvalued to me.

Ignore the gold bugs. They've been out in full force all year long and gold is still only around $1000 - $1100/oz right now.

Given the inflationary monetary environment, precious metals and their mining stocks are likely to outperform the market. GDX has corrected significantly from its recent highs. Good time to enter new positions.
