My target for Gulf Island Fabri is 26.35. I used my new method for determining a fair P/E (based on G and K). The growth factor was extracted from the PEG found on the web. K was 10%. I hope it works!

Gulf Island is a good company, well managed, in an industry that's poised to expand. Two big problems though: Very tight labor market along the Gulf Coast (folks I know in the industry say the only available hires are illegals), and ever rising price… More

I am from their area, and while other companies in the industry have laid off and slowed down due to the economy this company has taken up their slack, using the opportunity to expand and grow, even hiring the laid off workers from competitors.
