I really do see this shooting up to 40 within the next 9 months. Chinese growth will continue to drive this thing back to where it has been. Solid earnings quarter after quarter.

I believe the entire dry bulk shipping sector is stratospherically overvalued. With more ships coming online everyday, I believe dry bulk shipping rates will fall.I'm betting this is the next bubble.
