It has the most reliable customer, the government, heck even the IRS pays these guys. 7% yield with 125% revenue to pay out ratio, which I have learned from Income Investor is good news. it has 93% occupancy rate with a tenet's average stay of 22 years.

Great dividend, which should be safe -- their customers can always afford to pay their rent...

Slashing government could hurt their profitability; but I hope we're past the worst of the misguided slash-and-burn which is making the economy worse.

Leasing to a place that never runs out of money...pretty good business model if I do say so myself. I'd put maybe 1.5-2% in here.

Leases office space to the government, the government never runs out of money (just raises taxes). And Government Properties pays a big dividend (7.9%). Sounds like a winner!

Giving the increasing reach of the government, this service corp will probably see some modest gains.

Little debt and a decent dividend. Rock solid customer (I mean they can print as much money as they want to pay their rent). I like it.
