I'm having trouble laughing at these gold mining stocks. I can only see the lost savings of all the newbs buying into this prop job, One of my friend's dad went all-in long SLV at 19.50 last summer in his IRA. That cost him a good 150k. All the evil people (avoiding expletives for all the CAPSters with sensitive ears) touting and promoting these fraudulent companies at 3x their real value better enjoy sulfer cause their afterlife ain't going to be fun. Selling junk to uniformed people puts you in the lowest rungs of hell in my opinion. It's almost as evil to tout GG at 30 as it is to tout RPRX at 11... large losses are guaranteed either way.

If gold swings up in the next few months and I am thinking all the indicators are in place for it to head towards $1000, Gammon, undervalued as is, should perform well the next few months but will, or course, perform in relation to the gold. I look for the this stock to head up to the 8-10/share range sooner rather than later..

Gammon has really turned around well from a difficult start as a producer. It is cash positive and is paying down debt as well as looking to expand its reserves through more drilling. It will do well in an environment of rising precious metal prices. Its costs should be contained by being located in Mexico.

Gold is undervalued. This Gold stock just came out of a lawsuit, and the settlement was lower than I expected. They increase their production and per-ounce cost of recovery every quarter. Good stuff. I see it at 15 in a year, perhaps 20.

... between negative earnings, deferred taxes and zero cash flow this company looks like it needs to hit a rice vein of precious metal soon. I see they have invested greaterly in property/plant etc. in the last few years and I assume its a new mine(s) which have not produced yet.

GAMMON is SLAMMIN'

A Junior Gold Miner who conitnues to fly well under the radar, yet has positive earnings, and huge percentage gains, year over year in revenue for the past 2 years, and its expected to continue.

Gammon Gold went from "just another non-producing exploration co" to a well-managed, no-nonsense gold company who executed beautifully and punctually for investors with profitable production-- in other words,, they are one of the rare few to "deliver the goods" in this 1-ini-a-hundred sector, for startusp who pull off a successful venture. And they have likely just begun to deliver the goods for investor, seeing as to how quickly they h ave been compounding revenue and earnings both-- the kind of high flying gains in growth (in the year-on-year hundreds-of-percent categor for two years running) that can make a stock double as soon as the street finds out about them.

I've been in the gold patch 8 years, and I rarely even hear anybody that knows the sector well mention them, and usually get a blank stare when I bring them up.... This is a good sign.....

And you have the chance now to turn this good sign into dollar signs if you spend some time doing your own due diligence, and come to the same conclusions--

My prediction is $20 by May 2009.

Gold and silver have taken a sudden drop during the past week. Many speculators are panicing and claiming that this is the end of the "commodity bubble". I don't think so. If you look at the fundamental reason behind the last 6 months rise in precious metals, you have to ask yourself....has anything changed? I don't think so. The Fed continues to pump liquidity into the market, the interest rate continues to decline, inflation continues to increase and the dollar continues to fall. That being said....if due to demand decreases oil drops sharply from here...there is a possibility that precious metals will follow. Precious metals will experience quite a bit of volatility and the gyrations may be tough to handle but I think due to the fundamentals that I mentioned above that a year from now precious metals will be much higher.

Sooner or later people will realize that the USD is worthless and hyperinflation is imminent. Precious metals, of course, is a safe haven, and this miner is dirt cheap at the moment.
