Big Pharma has been having a drubbing over the last 7 years. Although we are not following biblical lines, I believe that there will be a reversion to the mean. Why?
Well, at the end of the day, we have a global aging population, with growing medical needs. FDA et al are being more stringent but GSK has a strong R&D pipeline and a good distribution system.
On the down side the law of large numbers means that they need bigger and bigger block busters and more of them! But I think at this price and P/E GSK has more upside than down.

GSK just had a favorable review of a new leukemia drug. Any positive Cancer Drugs always send the stock in an upward movement. This is a buy!

Glaxo has at least two new products which shold be blockbusters. A weight loss pill approved for both otc and prescription as well as a cervical cancer vacine. Beside that the chart shows great risk but great promise. I like the company and think it will do very well. Better than expected earnings also help as do upgrades. There's much more to be said but I prefer to let the stock do the talking.

Classic 'crisis' value play. Recent bad news over pipeline drug has driven the price down to artificially low price. Current PE and yield at very low levels compared to historical. Short term value play, divi provides nice cushion while you wait for the re-rating.
