The down side out ways the huge potential upside!!!! GSX is sitting on potentially HUGE resources. While there main business is Nat. Gas, and admittedly the price is currently going down, the soon to be Cali wells (fingers crossed) will add a huge upside if oil is found. I will admit currently their balance sheet isn't looking so great and the question is; are they going to have enough money to get the precious resources out the ground with out dilution or sale of mass resources? I don't have the answer to that but I do hope the answer is no. I'm long GSX not for a quick trade but believe they have a great potential if their balance sheet can start looking better.

This small overlooked company holds some of the greatest potential of any E & P Company. They have enough acerage and resource potential to drill up to 3500 gas wells in the Uinta Basin for a total recoverable resource of 2,962 BCFe. There are also locations for 287 Green River oil wells. The first of these oil wells could be drilled 3Q 2011. It only gets sweeter from here! The California oil play that they are developing in the San Jaoquin Basin contains over 1 Billion barrels of California crude and 2.2 Trillion cu.ft. of natural gas unrisked. These wells could start to be drilled by 3Q 2011. They also hold 116,000 acres in eastern Nevada in the highly prospective Chainman shale. This play could hold up to 2 Billion barrels of oil unrisked. I like Gasco! This company should have it's day in the sun very soon and at .50 it is a steal!

This company is a solid producer that is overlooked and undervalued. If you don't believe me, just study the 10K's.

In my opinion natural gas has more room to the upside than petroleum. A lot of the shale oil and tar sands extraction methods depend on natural gas. As the price of fuel goes up, more public transportation like city buses will switch the natural gas. There will be some big finds of natural gas in the Rockies as higher prices drive more exploration.

Speculation alone will help will help this stock outperform the market.

THE MORE RESERVES (GSX) CAN PRODUCE !!! The more leverge this company will have through future shortages; in turn revunes will increase. As fuel prices increase in the near future and several years from now. In my opinion it will critical to obtain as much reserve as possible to beat inflation overhead while still generating steady revenues!!!!!

The looming recession that bernanke and the whole federal reserve gang have set this country towards will send alot of investors into the pharmaceutical's sector--being the traditional recessionary savior to say the least. Plus, most pharmaceutical stocks have been beaten down this past winter, and I see a reversal across the entire sector. Also, those companies already on a run will continue due to the upward momentum this summer from key reversals and upgrades throughout the sector.

I use to work for this company and know what there plans are and where there goals are headed for. There inner field management is a little to be desired but there upper management and structure are very solid and are compiled of a very determined team.

Natural gas will increasingly become more important especially ng produces in the US. GSX is due to take off as it finds success with new wells and ng prices increase.

Small oil & gas producer with financing in place for 2007 and a great prospect if oil prices remain high or go higher.
