Arguably the best managed TV company, they survived the downturn others did not. Massive political ad spends will counter the bad econ, then if policy changes in 2012 or appears it will before the elections the econ will do much better

GTN is 47% off its 52W high, but still up 700% from its March 2009 low of $.32.
Ever since March of 2009, GTN is hitting higher highs and higher lows.
Definitely, my kind of value play.

Lots of debt at very high rates. Not sure how it can keep its head above water.

They are still making money, and with the political ads that are about to hit the airwaves I think Gray will do well within the next few months.

The stock is really beaten down due to its debt and the sector being out of favor. Nonetheless, this company's station base is terrific, with lots of leaders in local news. I'm putting it up for a pop with an increase in political ad revenue this season, but may decide to hold on for a while to capture some of the underlying value.
