Great new (relatively) fund with objective to track index of European Emerging markets - primarly in Russia (and old-Russian countries). Great run so far, heavily determinite on how oil and other commodities demand goes, but I believe it's a good short-term (for a fund) play. I can't imagine how high it can go...but I believe that it's primary investments (oil & commodities) will continue to rise, even if slowly.

ETF for Eastern Europe/Russia.
It is a little bit concentrated. I read that 20% of it is in the big Russian oil stock but it should start to spread out if the rest of the countries in its basic start to spread out.
