I wouldn't short this because you never know how high it can go during the pump phase, but this thing will fall over time. The insider selling, the dilution, the partnerships that don't always help them, they will all take their toll. Do your due diligence on this one, please read the SEC filings there is revealing information in them. Go back to the S registration statements, they hold the key to the whole thing.
