I don't go much for fancy number readin'... But I'll tell you one thing. When I look around I don't see kids walkin around drinkin cokes - I see "Monster" and "Redbull" and "Rip It" "Bootie Sweat" and other rediculous energy drinks.
D-bags who want to be "extreme" but still have training wheels attached to their bikes can trick people by being seen drinking this.
Also, with today's "I'm a victim" mentality - everyone relishes the chance to show everyone else that they are "stressed" or need "energy" yada-yada-wanh-wanh-wanh - so there also an attractive adult professional demographic.

Great numbers! No Debt!
Distributed now by Coke and Bud.
Maybe Coke will get them into India and China.
Just opened for business in Mexico, Canada, U,K,, France, Spain,
Australia, and other European countries.
Looking for a deal in South America.
All this should start adding sales and profit gains.
Their only competition in Europe is Red Bull.
Having tasted Red Bull (reminds me of cough medicine),
I'll bet people of Europe will give Monster a try.
Monster Java is very good!

Good sales and earnings growth. The company will see a substantial increase in sales as product is introduced in Europe and Japan. This was a bad timing purchase for me I sold AA and bought HANS at 36.53, the next day it dropped 20%, and AA went up 10% in the week. I regret that decision, but believe HNS will be a strong performer in the 1 to 3 year time frame.

Because it is been a stock worthy of a kings ransom.Always making a profit and even on the low end is still better than most companies can say or do.While continuing to take market share with the monster drink, and now blasting into to europe with coke behind them. This company is not going away folks. And they will continue to grow ,with lots of cash.Which btw is another rarity in this day and time.

Stock should bounce off 200 day moving average. No news sell off.

This stock is WAY oversold. It seems to be largely technical, too. I suspect someone is trying to move a large position right before month end to book some realized gains to May. Hedge funds do this sort of thing all the time.
The only fundamental thing I can think of that could be causing this is recent weakness in gas station/convenience store retail sales due to rising gas prices, but the effect on the stock is exaggerated. Possibly Europe expansion may be slowing, but that is only temporary. There was bad news in Germany for Red Bull (cocaine scandal) which should actually be additive for Monster's market share in Europe in the long run.
This stock will be back to $45 in no time and probably trades all the way back up to the $60s range in a couple of years.
It's a great buy in the $30s for long term investors.

GOOD COMPANY

develops, markets sells, and distributes a line of all-natural beverages. The company’s product line includes bottled juices, natural sodas, fruit juice smoothies, iced teas, lemonades and cocktails, and functional beverages. Functional beverages are intended to have added health benefits, as they are fortified with vitamins, minerals and herbs
losses on income came largely from a $118.2 million in charges which it incurred in a termination of Dr Pepper Snapple. Profit margin should benefit from lower input costs.
Recent distribution arrangement with coca-cola and Anheuser Bush should help broaden the companies customer resources. With focus on their Monster energy drinks international expansion should be beneficial to growth, plus plans to increase productions of its energy shooters.

I have followed Hansen's for years now but only in the last year found an acceptable entry point. I would hold on until the next earnings release unless the stock price went much over $80 - $90 range. That is just my own margin of safety. I am a rather conservative investor. But Hansen seems to have a continued strong growth trajectory for the coming years.
