1/20/2009 Earnings Day and Inauguration Day for President Obama. Believe that we will see large runup across the board from Dec 30 'til that day.

During the savings and loans crisis, many depositary institutions failed. The credit crisis is much bigger and WIlbur Ross thinks regional banks are in big trouble.
