All of the fundamentals tell me buy, buy, buy. Will it be stellar? Probably not, but while the new construction market is cooling off, HBP is tightening up as well, closing dist. centers that are marginal. This should bold well for the long term as the market begins to rebound 2-4 years from now. HBP will be a classic case of buy as much as you can while the price is low.
