I don't have much faith in many REIT's, but HCN has positioned itself well with a concentration in Long Term Care facilities. A target price of +$40. and dividend will provide a very good return.

This is a REIT that I got from both TMF Income Investor and Ben Stein... Many times when all the analysts say buy, and I think it makes sense, I go with that. This one is my current darling, I would not have thought of a REIT without it being mentioned as an important diversification for my Income portfolio to have one
