As the baby boomers live longer, there will be increased need for healthcare and convalescent care.

The Baby Boomers are aging and they will be needing more and more health care as time goes on for the next 15 to 20 years. HCP will be a long term winner because of the Boomers and others that are already making it a decend stock to own. It pays a better dividend than Certificates of Deposit and the price does not vary wildly. I think this one is a winner.
