Huntington Ingalls looks really good. Having lived near one of their shipyards for a while, I know how much it means to the area. The area is practically dependent on the industry. The company wields massive financial power, and has several contracts to build carriers. Also, it dominates the carrier market, and with its new Ford class carrier coming, Huntington Ingalls should continue to rise.

ummm...I wish I had this contract to build a Naval Carrier. This could go higher if the defense department doesn't take a huge cut.

1. osama killed, might provoke new terror and thus need for safety.
2. it's a spin-off, they usually outperfom.
3. dropped out of s&p500 after being seperated from NOC, so might have lost interest of institutional holders (decrease in price).
4. seems like incentives are aligned with management.
